24hrStorage.net is an online gateway that allows customers to rent a storage unit from a self storage facility. All funds are directly deposited into the facility owner's account. Therefore, all refund requests should be made directly to the facility. If for some reason the facility manager is not able to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, please email CustomerCare@24hrStorage.net and let us know about it. Our goal is 100% satisfaction for the renter and facility alike.
