24hrStorage.net is a gateway for you to rent a unit as if you were at the facility from home on the computer. All transaction funds go straight to the facility owner’s account in real-time.

24hrStorage.net does NOT hold your rent, nor do we take possession of your payment at anytime.

We pride ourselves on customer service and believe that the customer always comes first. If there is any issue with your rental procedure, we will assist you in these easy steps to resolve your problem fast and efficiently. Our goal at 24hrStorage.net is 100% satisfaction for both sides of the transaction.

What happens if your unit isn’t available when you arrive at the facility? Contact 24hrStorage.net by email or our toll free number if your unit is not available as promised. We will replace that unit of equal size instantly. If a unit of that size is not available at that facility as promised, we will upgrade your unit size for the same cost at the expense of the owner.

What happens if I want a refund on my rental unit? With your receipt, you received the facilities email, business address and phone number. Please call the facility that you rented from before anything else. Self-Storage businesses want to satisfy you as much as any other business you encounter. A rental agreement should have their refund policy in place if you were required to fill one out. We can help you contact the facility, but the rest will be up to you.
