Affordable Storage - How it Works
Steps to Rent Storage Unit
Determine what size storage unit you need by using our handy space calculator tool. It might not cover every size that's available at the facility, but it will give you a good idea of what can fit within a standard sized storage unit.
Enter the Zip code for the area that you want to rent a storage unit in. Enter the miles to search from the center of that area code. If you would like more choices, just expand the miles to search. You can also enter a City and State to get even more results. If you need assistance finding more facility choices in your chosen area, call us @ 330-236-2000 or email CustomerCare@24hrStorage.net
A storage facility results page will render your query. Every storage facility in the area that is on our network will appear. A Google Map link is provided to help you determine exactly where the facility is located. Simply click on the facility link to see what units are currently available. (*Note: Storage unit access hours are listed for your convenience).
Once you've found the storage unit you want, simply click the "Rent a Unit" button and it will advance you to the next level of security. (*Note: Please add CustomerCare@24hrStorage.net to the "safe senders" list on your email account. You may also want to check your junk mail box or spam filter list if you experience a problem receiving emails from us).
Fill in the required information on the spaces provided. It's the same information that would be required if you physically went to the storage facility in person. Most facilities will have you sign a "Rental Agreement" before entering the unit. Click on the "Rental Agreement" link provided and read the conditions thoroughly.
After you review and print the Rental Agreement, a final confirmation of your unit rental will be required. Click the confirm button once. You will receive an email which includes all of the information you need to move into your storage unit.
MOVE IN! It's that easy!!
