If you follow these easy steps, a storage unit will be in your grasp in a matter of minutes! It's easy and secure.

Step 1 - Determine what size unit you need by using our handy space calculator tool. It might not cover every size that’s available, yet it will give you a visual idea as to what contents fit in what size.

Step 2 - Enter the Zip code in the area that you intend on renting a storage unit; you can also enter a City and State to get the same results.

Step 3 - A storage facility results page will render your query. Every storage facility in our network, in that area will appear. Simply click on the facility that is closest to you and see what is available. A map quest link is there for your use in determining exactly where the facility is located. (*Note: Keep a watchful eye on the instant access or no instant access information on the facility results page. Some facilities will not gain you instant access to your rented unit; you will have to wait until business hours listed.)

Step 4 - Once you find the facility that has your unit size desired, simply click on the "Rent a unit" button and it will advance you to the next level of security.

Step 5 - Simply fill out the required information in the spaces provided. It’s the same information that would be required if you physically went to the facility yourself. Some facilities will require you to sign a “Rental Agreement” before entering the unit. Click on the “Rental Agreement” link provided. (Note: This is a standard process with most storage facilities.)

Step 6 - After you review and print out the Rental Agreement (if required by the facility), confirmation of your unit rental will be required. Click the confirm button once. You will then receive a Building number or letter (if necessary), a unit number, password to enter the facility (if necessary), and all the contact information of the facility (address, phone number etc.)

Step 7 - MOVE IN!!! Keep in mind that you must put your signed Rental Agreement and a copy of your receipt in the facility drop box, when entering after business hours.

Step 8 - MOVE OUT !!! Contacting the storage facility that you chose to do business with will guide you through this procedure.
