1. What will I receive when I rent a unit through your website?
As a customer of 24hrStorage.net, once you go through the rental process (roughly 90 seconds), you will receive a receipt to your email address which will include the following: Address of the Facility where you acquired your unit, building letter or number (if needed) which will direct you to your unit, your unit number, and a password (if needed) to enter the security gate. You may (or may not) be required to print and fill out a “Rental Agreement” and drop it off at the Facilities drop box with a copy of your receipt. It all depends on the Facilities “Terms of use” that you chose to do business with.
2. Is your website safe and/or is my personal information safe?
Our encryption and security features are “top of the line” in the e-commerce Industry and will continue to be so. 24hrStorage.net takes this issue very seriously; to constantly maintain the highest level and “state of the art” innovations in the e-commerce industry. Not only at this present time but also in the future to come. Personal information also falls into this category, please refer to our “Privacy Policy” for more details.
3. How can we get our 100% refund if not satisfied?
24hrStorage.net does NOT hold your Purchase/Rental transaction. Your funding goes directly to the Facility that you chose to do business with. Contacting the Facility through the contact information that was sent to you via email when the unit was rented would be your first step. Please note that 5% would be nonrefundable, this was a transaction fee for processing your Debit/Credit card.
4. How do I pay for my rental Unit monthly?
24hrStorage.net’s platform automatically puts your rented unit on a streaming automatic withdraw system. You never have to worry about paying your rent every month. It automatically goes to the Facility that you did business with, on the day you rented your unit.

5. What if my unit is rented when I get to my Facility?
24hrStorage.net will do everything in its power to accommodate our customer’s needs! Simply call our toll free line and someone will be there to assist you! We will either find you a unit of that exact size in that facility or upgrade you at no cost. Falsification will be prosecuted to the up most extent! We want 100% satisfaction for the customer and Facility alike. (Please refer to our “Terms of use” policy for more information on this subject.)
6. How do I cancel my Rented Unit?
Simply call the Facility, give them your name, unit number, and departure time and the automatic withdraw will be canceled. 24hrStorage.net does not control any part of your monthly rental process.
7. What happens if my Credit/Debit card fails to pay?
You will be contacted by telephone and email by the Facility that you are instantly delinquent on payment. The Facility will ask you for another card and/or continue according to their policy and/or Rental Agreement..
8. Why do I have to fill out a rental agreement?
It all rests on the discretion of the Facilities’ guide lines and policies. Please note the Facility details when renting.
9. Can I call 24hrStorage.net to rent a unit?
Yes you can! Call our customer care center(during business hours: 9am to 5pm EST.) and One of our customer service representatives will Assist you.
