Please read the Rental Agreement form thoroughly as it will explain the standard terms and conditions for that facility.

5. When I’m ready to move out, how do I cancel my rental agreement for the storage unit?
Simply call the facility manager and give them your name, unit number, and the move out date. For more information, please refer to the section of your Rental Agreement that covers the move out procedures for that facility.
6. What happens if my credit card is declined after my first month’s rent?
You will be contacted by telephone or email by the facility manager. The facility will ask you for another card or checking account number to continue your rental agreement. Please refer to the section of your Rental Agreement that covers the facility’s delinquency policy.
7. Why do I fill out a Rental Agreement with the facility?
